WCAPI Refund Policy

At WCAPI, we value transparency and fairness. Below are the conditions under which refunds are granted, as well as scenarios where refunds are not available.

When You Qualify for a Refund

The API Service is Not as Described
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our API services. If the service you purchased is materially different from its description or preview, we will issue a refund. We believe in “telling it like it is,” so you should always get exactly what we promise.

The API Service Doesn’t Work as It Should
If our API service has a critical issue that prevents it from functioning as intended and it can’t be easily fixed, we will provide a refund. This applies if the issue is something that, had you known about it beforehand, you wouldn’t have purchased the service. If the issue can be resolved, we will do so promptly through an update instead of issuing a refund.

Security Vulnerabilities in the API Service
Security is a top priority at WCAPI. If our API contains a serious security vulnerability that cannot be patched quickly, we will refund your purchase. If we are able to fix it within a reasonable timeframe, we will release an update instead of processing a refund.

Support Was Promised But Not Provided
If you purchased API support as part of your service but we fail to provide it in accordance with our support policy, you are entitled to a refund for the support purchase.

When Refunds Are Not Available

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

❌ The service works as described, but you no longer want it.
❌ The service did not meet your personal expectations.
❌ You’re not satisfied with the current features of the service.
❌ You purchased the service by mistake.
❌ You don’t have the necessary technical expertise to use the API.
❌ You’re requesting a refund as a goodwill gesture.
❌ The issue is caused by third-party API providers, not WCAPI.
❌ More than 15 days have passed since your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you’re eligible for a refund, you must open a support ticket within 7 to 15 days of your purchase. Refund requests outside this period will not be considered.

Force Refunds

WCAPI reserves the right to issue a refund at our discretion without a request from the buyer. If we issue a force refund, access to the API and support will be immediately revoked, and the purchase code will be denied.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 45 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@wcapi.io.
